In this movie, the role played of Shahrukh is of Ajay, visiting Mumbai with only the objective to get revenge from the person who was responsible for his father’s business collapse and subsequent death including his sister. The person on whom he takes to revenge is Kajol’s father. How he succeeds to get his revenge is what the movie is all about.   • Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge: This is perhaps the movie that sky-rocketed his image and made him the Badshah of Bollywood. It went on to make history and a theater in Mumbai is said to have run it successfully for 25 years continuously running full all the time. This love story also became a trendsetter.
